IWS complete works in Panama, South America

IWS are based in the UK but have the ability to work anywhere in the world. Recently we have completed work in Panama City for the British Embassy.

Work completed by IWS in Panama City:

- Remove waste from site and left clean and tidy

- Replace existing cassette unit with new, follow existing, refrigerant pipe work route, connect into existing condensate drain, provide new stand alone controller

- Replace condensing unit on external balcony (CU-1) , contractor to confirm condensing unit only serves AC-1 and report back to engineer

- After AC-1 is operational, replace existing wall mounted split unit with new (AC-2), connect into existing condensate drainage, Provide new stand alone controller, connect into existing condensate drain.

- Condensing unit CU-2 to be located on external balcony double stacked with other unit serving the same area. Follow refrigerant pipework route for AC-1/CU-1

- Refrigerant pipework route, pipework size as recommended by manufacturer fully insulate with armaflex insulation

- Power supply for AC units to be fed from local electrical panel DB5. Upgrade breakers to manufacturer recommended size (30a)

- Hard wire existing UPS to local electrical panel DB5. Upgrade breaker as required.

- Remove air cooled condensing unit from enclosed plant room and discard, remove associated refrigerant pipe work and discard. Patch and repair wall.
